Human Resources Associate I (m/f)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated law graduate who will contribute with their knowledge and expertise to the legal security and compliant operations of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
• Drafting employment contracts and other agreements related to labour law
• Maintaining employee records, annual leave records, sick leave and other absences
• Monitoring labour legislation and regulatory updates
• Proposing improvements to existing procedures related to recruitment, employment relations and similar processes
Legal Responsibilities
• Preparing contracts with business partners
• Preparing decisions related to passenger complaints
• Drafting internal decisions and bylaws for the Company
• Monitoring regulations related to the Integrity Plan and ensuring the Company’s compliance within this process
• Monitoring regulations and responding to requests related to the Law on Free Access to Information
Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
• University degree (Level VII1) – Law graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Understanding of legislation: good knowledge of the legal system, laws, procedures and regulations (Labour Law, Law on Obligations, Company Law, etc.)
• Research and analytical thinking: ability to identify relevant legal sources, synthesize information, draw conclusions and propose legal solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Active knowledge of English language

• Administrative procedures: proper documentation management, compliance with deadlines, preparation of documentation
• Negotiation and advisory skills: ability to negotiate and propose solutions in order to protect the interests of the Company
• Time management: ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
• Integrity and reliability: consistency in work and respect for rules and confidentiality
• Decisiveness and resilience: ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations
